Write a plumbing business profile customers can use

Describe the jobs you take on

Select only services your business offers. Use custom specialisms for relevant additional work; do not use them to repeat every standard service. State whether you work with residential or commercial customers.

Make contact and coverage clear

Use a public business phone or email, an accurate service area and current operating hours. Separate ordinary hours from emergency coverage and explain any call-out fee.

Choose whether to show your exact business address. Never publish a customer’s address, identifiable project photograph or team portrait without the necessary permission.

Publish information you can support

Keep qualifications and insurance accurate and provide jurisdiction, scope and dates where applicable. Use genuine business media and identify editorial images as illustrations.

Avoid invented reviews, awards, response times or guarantees. A profile helps customers understand your business; it does not promise rankings, traffic or enquiries.
